I have a new studio, and I needed a way to attach a light to a tripod. The solution, thanks to inspiration from Punished Props, was to design a bracket in Fusion 360 and 3d print the bracket!

#Joelbot started out as an awesome illustration by Lady Muse, then Travis of A Pyro Design took the illustration and created a 3d model of it – TO MY SURPRISE! I was shown this at the Matterhackers meetup and was surprised like crazy!

Gearbest wanted to sponsor a contest for 3 different CR-10 3d printers, and I wanted to promote 5 YouTube channel that I think needed more attention. We made a plan, so, here we go!

While filming the filament detection video with the Dagoma NEVA, I had a failure. The filament detection sensor did NOT detect the filament running out, which meant I yelled “cut” and started taking things apart. We didn’t stop the cameras, and, this is what you get.
