Worlds Largest OpenRC F1 – Car Update & New Lock Pin Tutorial!
The OpenRC F1 is SUPER CLOSE to running yet again. We’ve added bearings, and shims, and just a few more adjustments before it GOES. In this episode, we tackle the LOCK PIN – it holds the CENTER LID to the CENTER BODY. I needed to redesign the pin for it to fit, so FUSION 360 to the rescue!

EVERYONE says, “put a Palette into your Palette!” or “Feed a Palette with a Palette!” SO WE DID. THEN WE WENT BIGGER. A Makergear M3 is fed with a Palette. THAT Palette is fed with FOUR MORE Palettes. THOSE FOUR Palettes were fed with SIXTEEN MORE Palettes. 21 PALETTES!

Worlds Largest OpenRC F1 Car – Phase 5 // Final Glue, Metal Fasteners, Tapping Parts
The final steps of assembly BEFORE IT RUNS are here. I have to re-glue some parts, re-print and tap some parts, get metal fasteners, and deliver it to Robert to install the servo, motors, and batteries. I AM EXCITED! ITS ALMOST TIME!
