The OpenRC F1 is SUPER CLOSE to running yet again. We’ve added bearings, and shims, and just a few more adjustments before it GOES. In this episode, we tackle the LOCK PIN – it holds the CENTER LID to the CENTER BODY. I needed to redesign the pin for it to fit, so FUSION 360 to the rescue!

The OpenRC F1 fully 3d printed remote controlled car is a project by Daniel Noree. The idea is to print all the pieces needed for the car, then add electronics, to have yourself a custom built rc car. I took it a step further and printed everything at 4x scale!
